Speaker Will Not Turn On

The speaker will not respond or show any sign of powering up.

Ensure the power adapter is plugged in and the charge light is on. If the light is not on, and the adapter is plugged in, the adapter is faulty or the speaker is fully charged. Consider purchasing a replacement adapter.

If the power adapter is plugged in, and the light on the adapter is on, make sure the adapter is connect to the speaker. If the speaker only powers up when the adapter is plugged in, regardless of charging time, then the battery is faulty. Replace the battery.

Test audio using the Bluetooth feature, then test it using the auxiliary cord. If the audio is only distorted while listening via the auxiliary cord, the audio jack or the auxiliary cord may be faulty.
