It seems to be a extremely poor business decision to leave money on the table like that. Are there technical issues? Without the GBA games in the e-shop, people will just turn to emulators on their smartphones. I can fit the entire NES, SNES, GB, GBC, and GBA library onto my phone with emulators to play them. N64 is starting to become more playable too. I think this is a bad move on Nintendo's end.
